耳垂有橫摺 注意心疾病

新年期間，基隆市長許財利、音樂奇葩馬兆駿猝死，他們的支持者和粉絲無不傷心惋惜。隨著電視新聞每小時播放，一般民眾也上了一堂死生無常的震撼教育。 「猝死」最大的可能是重度中風或心肌梗塞，疾病的原因很多，包括糖尿病、高血壓、肥胖、壓力等。現代人生活步調緊張，飲食西化，根據統計中風以及心肌梗塞的年齡下降。 我最近聽到幾個三、四十歲就猝死的案例，都與過勞有關。有一個人是太太在台灣，兒女在美國，工廠在大陸，二岸三地奔波。另一個是白天上班，晚上上課，一個人當二個人用。第三個是家裡有一個老婆，外面一個外婆，這樣忙碌的時間安排，心臟或是血管當然無法承受！ 猝死的人往往正值壯年，事情發生，本人志向無法完成，還會留下年輕的妻子與幼小的孩子。


預防猝死，最好是例行性的身體檢查，並注意養生。此外，身旁的人也可以幫忙觀察，基本上腰圍大臀圍小，健康容易出狀況，中國的命相學上提到耳垂有橫摺的人須注意心臟，臨床觀察也發現冠狀動脈疾病的人，耳垂有橫摺的比率確實高出正常人。 耳垂為什麼有橫摺呢？人類的耳朵由皮膚與軟骨形成，只有耳垂有皮下脂肪，高血壓，高血脂的人脂肪囤積，如果加上周邊血管收縮或是周邊血管硬化，耳垂體積隨之增加彈性減少，與上面薄皮的組織相比，形成橫摺 。耳垂看起來較大。有人以為耳垂大象徵福祿壽，其實耳垂大又有橫紋，正是該檢查冠狀動脈的前兆！
如果肥胖的人，耳垂又有如圖中的橫紋，極可能有心血管疾病。

我教"保健醫藥"這門課一直跟學生提醒提升免疫力的重要性，原因是我的孩子Jeff是個嚴重過敏的小孩。我很詳細的解釋免疫系統家族成員以及其扮演的角色及作用機制。甚至也提到自身免疫系統有問題的各種罕見疾病。我已為我能了解這些疾病的人身上的苦痛，因為我有一個過敏的小孩。一直到昨天我看到Jeff的作文，描述從小過敏的症狀帶給他的痛苦，我才深深體會到，原來我心裡感受到的苦，不過是他的萬分之一。真是難為他了，我的Jeff！希望你真的能像別人所說的一樣『轉大人後就好了』！天下的媽媽遇到和我一樣的狀況也是如此祈禱吧！

Jeff 的文章：『磨』

我的身體一直很不好，雖然表面看起來很正常！但是把袖子拉開，身體不是過敏引起的紅腫，就是破皮造成的血跡斑斑，這些症狀令我痛苦不堪！這些症狀雖然讓我的身體很痛，但也增加了磨練我的意志力。

我的身體在每個季節的病情都不同！夏天，我的眼睛會開始癢到痛；冬天，我的鼻子會因乾燥而開始流血、嘴巴更是會破皮而說話口齒不清。最嚴重的則是在春、秋季節交替的時候，我的身體會像被數千隻蚊子咬到般，全身紅腫、長水泡和整隻腳龜裂。這些病情每年會一而再再而三的侵襲我，把我的身體搞壞。看遍西醫、中醫都無法完全治好。最近，媽媽要我去給醫生針灸，在針灸時雖然這些針就像是數把寶劍般刺在我的皮膚上，但在醫生針完後的解脫感，就像是從第獄中獲得解救，全身的輕快感讓我好快樂！

病魔除了使我痛苦之外，它也影響了我的生活。除了平時得早睡早起，否則會惡化之外，它也令我的家人十分的擔心，好像是他們生病似的。但整整折磨我一年的是我在學校自從同學發現後，我的朋友就一一減少了。就這樣，我和我的同學友誼的橋樑就崩塌了。在那一年我在學校裡只能接受同學的嘲笑、打鬥、嫌棄和遠離。在學校中我也就只能孤單的作一件事情，不管我做什麼，他們就如看見魔鬼來了而逃避我。那時在學校的我心情是悲傷的，因此我現在最大的願望就是盼望我的病情趕快好起來，因為我不想讓我的好朋友遠離我了！

這些病狀雖然讓我失去了許多東西，也折磨我許久，但是我也在這些痛苦中學習及體驗到許多事，在這些事中我也了解到為什麼一些病者會如此痛苦，也讓我受到磨練的機會。磨練雖然痛苦，但卻讓我從痛苦中學到甘甜的滋味。

假性近視

好朋友的小孩 兩眼視差很嚴重 到榮總來看眼科

醫生說 十八歲以下的小孩得了近視眼 都是父母的錯

父母應該 善盡照顧好小孩視力的責任 (還好 Jeff 的眼睛很OK)

等待看診的診間有一份宣傳手冊

上面說明: 保護眼睛的三不政策
1. 避免長時間使用我們的眼睛
2. 避免近距離使用我們的眼睛
3. 避免不當使用我們的眼睛

其它 就是營養均衡 多到郊外走走

這些看起來不難
可是 我發現 會近視的小孩和使用電腦 及 電動 有很直接的關係
